(hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), which operates the "Kurosawa Costume" apparel business, operates the "Kurosawa Costume" main store and website, and provides customers with a carefully selected shopping experience (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), including all related information, content, functions, tools, products and services. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other causes outside of our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier.
