Shipping policy

About delivery

Products will be delivered within Japan by Sagawa Express and overseas by DHL. Usually ships within 7 business days of order.
*We do not accept the designation of delivery companies.
*Shipping may be delayed depending on order congestion and product availability.
*Shipping operations are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and special holidays.
*Shipping information will be sent via email at the time of shipment.
*If an item is out of stock or shipping will be delayed, we will contact you via email separately.
*Delivery of the product may be delayed due to traffic conditions due to weather, or during busy transportation periods.
*Kurosawa Costume does not sell pre-orders. Thank you for your understanding.

•If there is an error in the registered address, shipping may not be possible or may be delayed.
•Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, disasters, traffic conditions, busy seasons, etc.
•You can check the delivery status after the item has been shipped using the tracking number provided in the shipping completion email.

 

Information on shipping completion

Once the product has been shipped, we will send a [Shipping Completion Notification] email to your registered email address.
Please refer to that email for the tracking number and how to check the delivery status.

We do not accept specific dates and times.

 

Regarding shipping costs, tax exemption, and export costs

The price includes domestic shipping charges and consumption tax.
Shipping is free to all parts of the world, including Japan.
The price includes customs duties and other taxes. In this case, the total price at the time of payment includes customs duties and VAT, and the delivery terms are DDP (all costs from origin to destination, including customs duties, are borne by the seller), and no additional charges will be incurred until the product arrives.
